We recommend booking as soon as you know your availability, these are special sessions that only open up during the select days in the fall. When they are gone, they are gone.

Pick outfits that make you feel your best that feel autumnal and warm. Solid colors, layers, and varied textures work great. I prefer a coordinating color palette rather than matchy-matchy outfits or all one color. For instance, mom could wear a rust-colored knit sweater with a flowy skirt, dad in a charcoal henley and tan canvas pants, and the kids in mustard, forest green, and oatmeal layers (think flannels, chunky knits, and boots). Speaking of boots, don't forget to consider your location when considering your footwear. A chunky heal will work at all locations, a high heel will not. These sessions do not include an outfit change.

Well, yeah! Afterall, they are a member of the family too. If you bring a pet, please bring a person to handle the pet during your session or arrange for one with me for an additional $10. But only you know your pets. For their safety, if the animal is not usually an outside animal its probably best not to include them.

Sometimes, as long as you don't exceed 6 people. These shoots aren't meant for extended families. If you would like to schedule an extended family session, please contact me separately.

Plan on a few minutes for us to find each other and get comfortable and then the rest of the 20 minutes for photos. I like to keep things moving to get a verity of shots in the best light but also enjoy a relaxed pace.

The session fee covers any prep for your shoot, shoot time, light editing, and a digital gallery with web-resolution downloads. These are perfect for posting to social media and to save on your phone. You can order full resolution digital images for $40 each and print products can be ordered through your gallery very affordably. I match print prices for seasonal cards against popular photo sites and keep other print products as low as $10 so you can print these beautiful images for your walls and give them as gifts as well!

You can expect to view your gallery within 2 weeks unless I specify otherwise. If your session is in November, you will absolutely get them back no later than the day before Thanksgiving.

These sessions have predetermined locations for each day. Click on the day or location that works best for you. After you book, a calendar invite will be sent with the exact address and location that we will be meeting.

Sessions can not be booked without payment and payments are non-refundable 24 hours after booking. We understand that illness and last minute conflicts happen. There is no penalty for rescheduling your session up until the day before your session if you can find another open slot on another day/location. If you can not reschedule, you will receive a credit in the amount you paid minus $50 towards a future session. Sessions canceled the day of the session or no shows forfeit the fee. If the weather is looking questionable, I will reach out and let you know if we will be rescheduling no later than 3 hours prior to your shoot. If the day is rescheduled, we will work to find a make-up day that works for both of us as soon as possible at the same location.

You are not alone. I will guide you through relaxed poses, give prompts to bring out natural expressions, and keep the session easy and fun. I don’t use a one-size-fits-all posing guide because everyone moves differently. Instead, I observe how you naturally carry yourself and make adjustments to highlight your best angles.
